Providing coaching and on-the-job training to partners’ sales team

Forge strong relationship with the partners employee across all levels at the location assigned

To fully align with the partners organizational set-ups

Strive to embody partners organizational practices, goals and sensibilities

Give regular(weekly) business updates to the partners location head

Encourage and highlight good contributors from amongst the partners team

Strategies and interact closely with branch managers/senior management of channel partner

Highlight the revenue potential and its implications to the business of the channel
